With a life long passion for baking, Naim and Nermin Gunduz set up their humble shop front in the heart of Auburn, Sydney with the aim of providing the wider community with unparalleled heights of baking excellence. The family saw it their duty to not only serve their loyal customer base with full commitment but to also fulfill their responsibility to a rich cultural heritage that emphasises the importance of providing people their daily bread with honesty, integrity and strong work ethic. Their children and grandchildren continue to carry this family tradition of excellence to this day.
